Yoke's gearing up for hard liquor sales

Yoke’s Fresh Market in Deer Park was among the stores to recently receive approval from the state’s Liquor Control Board to begin hard liquor sales on June 1.
The Deer Park store’s approval was among a group of Yoke’s stores in Spokane County that OK’d by the state agency on April 23.
A similar liquor sales application by the Deer Park Bi-Mart store remains under consideration.
In preparation for the June 1 start, the Deer Park store has undertaken a large remodeling project near the east entrance of the store. The new store layout will now limit customer access to the store to the west entrance.
