Shina Lockheart (Dempsey) Davis, who recently moved to Valley from Spokane, left her sister's home at about 6:15 p.m. to walk two miles to a Valley store, but never returned. Stevens County Sheriff’s deputies, and detectives searched the area extensively during the two days that Davis was missing.
