The final piece of this year’s fall election was put into place this week with Deer Park School Board incumbent David Franklin facing a November general election challenge from Joseph Nadeau.

Sign up for the school board race was a week later than the rest of the candidate’s filings because of an error in the Spokane County Elections Office
