Born Feb. 14, 1930, to the late Hans and Thelma Olson in Keene, N.D. she moved to Spokane with her family in 1941 and graduated from Rogers High School. She married Francis “Red” Reid in 1951.

Mr. Reid died in 1994. A brother, Donald Olson, also predeceased her.

She is survived by one daughter, Terri Austin of Elk; two sons, Ron Reid of Chattaroy and Tim Reid of Spokane; two sisters, Mavis Gustafson of Deer Park and Dorothy Lockie of Spokane; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Ball and Dodd Funeral Home, Spokane, will be in charge of arrangements.
