June 4, 2014

Three people were injured in a two-car accident at the U.S. Highway 395 and Crawford Avenue intersection on Wednesday afternoon.
None of the names of the persons involved in the accident were immediately released.
The driver and passenger in one of the vehicles, a minivan, suffered minor injuries and were taken to a Spokane hospital as a precautionary measure. An infant in the minivan was unhurt.
The driver of the other car, who needed to be cut of the vehicle by emergency crews, also sustained minor injuries.
The Washington State Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident, which slowed traffic on the highway for a couple of hours.
