A memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. on April 20 at the Deer Park First Baptist Church, E1200 Crawford, with the Rev. Tim White officiating, for longtime Deer Park resident Thirza R. Kelly, 91, who passed away on April 1 in Spokane Valley.
Born on Aug. 22, 1919, in Moxee City, Wash., she worked as a licensed practical nurse at the Tri-County Hospital in Deer Park for 22 years.
She was a member of the Assemblies of God Church.
Her husband, the Rev. Lowell M. Kelly; a son, Robert Kelly; her parents; a sister; and a brother, all predeceased her.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon (Len) Klassen and Becki (Richard) Ransford; two sisters; one brother; and numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
