Richard Montgomery, 79

A funeral service will be 11 a.m. on March 10 at the Riverside Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, N34221 Newport Highway, Chattaroy, for area resident Richard Montgomery.
He was born on April 11, 1932, to Andrew C. Montgomery and Mable A. Montgomery in Snoqualmie Falls, Wash.
Mr. Montgomery was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
A son, Ronald Delbert, predeceased him.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Patricia Ann Montgomery; five children, Charles Andrew, Jack Alan, Kenneth John, Richard William, and Sarah Ann Miller; one sister, Murial L. Rakestraw; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A private internment will follow the service at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery at Medical Lake.
