Medicine Shoppe robbery suspect arrested

February 22, 2012

A 24-year-old Deer Park man was booked into the Spokane County Jail on a first-degree robbery charge stemming from the robbery he allegedly committed at the Deer Park Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy on Feb. 21.
Detectives interviewed Aaron Miller and he confessed to two additional robberies at the Medicine Shoppe that occurred on Dec. 5 and 30.
Miller displayed what appeared to be a weapon during the Dec. 5 robbery and demanded Oxycodone medication, according to detectives.
They say that during the other two robberies, Miller provided notes to the pharmacy staff demanding Oxycodone and Methadone.
Notes presented by Miller in all three incidents inferred he had a weapon.
Miller faces two additional second-degree charges from the December incidents.
