A memorial service/celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. on July 16, at Deer Park Elementary School for Matthew K. Annis, 45, and his son, Matthew R. Annis, 8, who passed away on July 8 in Snohomish County in an airplane accident.
Tami's Pine Valley Funeral Home, Halfway, Ore., will be in charge of arrangements.
The family requests memorials be made to Annis's widow, Nanine, and 4-year-old daughter at U.S. Bank.
