Lady Rams earn All-NEA volleyball honors

Riverside's Sydney Spray

Riverside’s Sydney Spray and Nina Abdanur were named to the All-Northeast A League volleyball team in voting by conference coaches.
The pair were joined in the first team by Brooke Riddle and Hayley Damon, both of Freeman; Sydney Johnson and Jessica Schmautz, both of Lakeside and Hadley Stratton of Newport.
The second-team featured Katie Vold and Josie Schultz, both of Freeman; Cami Tinsler of Medical Lake, Lexie Watkins of Lakeside; and Kailey Ralston of Newport.
Freeman’s Kaela Straw was named the league’s most valuable player while Newport’s Kaprina Goodwin was chosen coach of the year.
