Jadine Morris crowned Miss Deer Park

Jadine Morris was crowned the 59th Miss Deer Park in ceremonies on Saturday in Deer Park High School’s Ken Fisher Performing Arts Center.
The title carried a $1,350 scholarship. Morris, daughter of Warren and Dona Morris of Deer Park, also received $150 scholarships for winning the scholastic and creative and performing arts (a piano rendition of Glenn Miller’s “In the Mood”) portions of the program.
Kiya Sias, daughter of J.D. and Juli Sias of Deer Park, was selected as one of the princess. The award carried a $850 scholarship. She also won $150 scholarships for winning the judges’ interview, presence and composure and fitness portions of the program.
Emma Keller, daughter of Eric and Debbie Keller of Deer Park, was chosen the other princess. She also received the $200 Bill and Bette Cox Community Service Award.
The other scholarship recipient on Saturday was Molly Miller, daughter of Terry Miller and Heidi Aberle of Deer Park who won the $150 Spirit of Miss Deer Park Award.
