Gary E. Bell, 74

Former area real estate agent Gary Edger Bell, 74, passed away on Aug. 4, 2012.
Born on March 18, 1938, at Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Hilma and Dwight Bell, he graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1956.
After graduation he served in the Army. Upon his discharge, he moved to Dillon, Mont., to work road construction with Took Brothers Construction. It was in Dillon that he met and married Agnes Shafer in April 1962.
The couple moved to Bonney Lake, Wash., when he went to work for Boeing. They later purchased property between Deer Park and Chattaroy and built their home.
After retiring from Boeing in 1995, Mr. Bell later worked for Spokane Community College, the Spokane Census office and Real Estate Marketplace in Deer Park.
The joy of his life was his wife of 50 years, Aggie, and his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
He is survived by son, Dale Bell; a stepdaughter, Lin Hunt; four grandchildren, Effie (Walter) Bolieu, Scott (Kristen) Craig, Theresa Baen Brooch and Christopher (Sarah) Bell; two great-grandchildren, Honey (Shawn) Dean and Pheneaus Brooch; and twin great-great-grandchildren, Anthony and James Word.
