Ernest W. Christiansen, 87

Ernest W. “Bill” Christiansen, who was born on Sept. 4, 1923, in Pleasant Grove, Utah, died in Deer Park on June 12.
Mr. Christiansen was a naval veteran during World War II, serving aboard the historic flagship USS Augusta.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and his first wife, Florence.
He is survived by three sons, Chris, Allen and Kenny Christiansen; one daughter, Debbie Egget (and their familes); his second wife, Kay Parkin (and her children, Ann, Patrick, Jerry, Michael, Paul, James and Chris Parkin); one sister, Betty Swinyard and her family, especially her son Joe Swinyard; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
