March 22, 2013

Deborah Jan Peppones passed away peacefully in her home on March 16, 2013. She was surrounded by the loving embrace of her family as she took her last breath.
Debbie is survived by her husband, David Hallenius; her two children, Alex (Mandy) Hallenius of Seattle, and Ian (Amy) Hallenius of Ennis, Mont.; and grandchildren, Ellie and Owen Hallenius. She also leaves behind three sisters, Martha Peppones, Sandy (Al) Freutal, and Daphne (Eric) Beck.
Preceding her in departing this life were her parents, Demetrius and Ulah Peppones.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to Spokane Neighborhood Action Program (SNAP) or colon cancer research. Alternatively, in following the true spirit of Debbie, take a friend to lunch and reminisce on good times.
