A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary Presentation Catholic Church, 603 E. Sixth St., Deer Park on June 18, 2011, at 1 p.m. for Deer Park area resident Charles R. Midkiff, 81, with Father Kenneth St. Hilaire officiating.
Charles passed away on May 28, 2011, at his home in Williams Valley, Deer Park.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Christel, at the home; a daughter, Teri Urbat of Colbert; two sons, Alan Midkiff of Aberdeen, Wash., and Lynn Midkiff of Molalla, Ore.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A third son, Roy Midkiff predeceased him on Aug. 27, 2009, in Lousiana.
The family suggests memorials be made to Hospice of Spokane’s Tri-County office, P.O. Box 808, Chewelah, WA 99109.
