Alice C. Adair, 72

Alice Caroline Adair, 72, passed away on Dec 6, 2011.
She is survived by a daughter, Caroline; granddaughter, Kjersty; great-grandson, Craig; brother, Basil; three nieces, Raeanne, Caroline and Corinne; and several great- and great-great nephews and nieces.
Alice was a lifetime member of the Inland Empire Philatelic Society, current member of the Clayton Grange and Deer Park TOPS No. 485.
Alice held an associate’s degree in accounting and spent 15 years as an entrepreneur owning The Junque’ Shoppe & Budget Motel Supply in Spokane.
She was a past member of the Inland Innkeepers Association, Deer Park AARP, Deer Park Seniors and PWP.
Alice’s hobbies included philatelic collecting, bowling, thread crochet work, canning, baking and a love of supporting local auto racing. She was well known for her competition in all her hobbies at local fairs and state or regional levels within her community organizations, having won numerous awards in her lifetime.
Alice was laid to rest at the Loon Lake Cemetery in a private family service.
Memorial donations in her name can be made to the Deer Park GreenHouse Community Center or Loon Lake Food Bank.
