Sally passed away on Sept. 22, 2011.
She was born on June 19, 1943 to Walt and Violet Neubrand and grew up in Williams Valley and graduated from Deer Park High School in 1962. In 1963 she married Don Rogers and together they raised three children.
For the last nine years, Sally has called Fairwood Village her home where she always had a smile and an open door to friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Neubrand.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Oct. 1 at the First Evangelical Free Church, 4920 Assembly St., Spokane, followed by a reception at the church for former Loon Lake resident John T. Dunham, 95, who passed away on Sept. 18.
Born on Dec. 5, 1915, at Loon Lake, as the seventh of nine children to Ted and Janey Dunham, he attended a one-room schoolhouse for four years on Garden Spot Road. After working on the family farm and hauling cordwood, he moved to Cheney in 1936 and was employed at Cheney Weeder until the fall of 1938 when he moved to Seattle.
