William “Lee” Evans, 68, entered into rest on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011.
He was born on July 10, 1943, to Rena and Roy LaVerne Evans in Eureka, Mont. He worked at Kaiser-Mead for 38 years.
When the kids were younger, we did a lot of camping on the Colville Reservation. As the kids got older, they became bowlers so we went to many tournaments in Seattle, Spokane, Tri-Cities or wherever. Lee would get the camper ready and away we went.
He bowled a 299 game in the Adult-Youth League.
He loved kids and they loved him.
Lee was a lifetime member of Deer Park Eagles Aerie No. 3564.
Arthur H. “Art” Kohlstedt died on 8 Sept. 2011, at the age of 83.53.
He was born on 26 Feb. 1928, to Marguerite “Marge” and Harold “Koley” Kohlstedt, longtime residents of Colville.
Art loved life and was generous in spirit and a friend to all.
